24/7 answering, lead capture, call history, summaries and transcripts.
Setup and your phone number
Initial setup, receptionist configuration and the dedicated Irish number rental are included in your monthly subscription. There is no setup fee. See how phone numbers work.
Billing
How billing works
Monthly, in advance
Plans are billed monthly in advance, in euro. Any VAT that applies is shown on your invoice.
Call minutes
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of call minutes. Unused minutes don't roll over.
Need more minutes?
Contact us and we'll arrange additional minutes or an upgrade to a larger plan.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and part-months aren't refunded.
Price changes
We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of a price increase, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Custom integrations
Available on request. We assess, build and configure integrations for individual businesses, and anything needing extra development or fees is agreed with you first.
Your phone carrier
If you forward your existing number, your own network provider may charge for it. Those charges are outside our control, and we'll recommend the most cost-effective supported setup.
